How to Order

Ordering online from the Tactical Supply Store is easy! Simply choose the items you wish to purchase and add them, individually, to your shopping cart. Each time you add an item, you'll be able to view the contents of your cart with a total dollar amount purchased so far. You may also update desired quantities for each item. When you are ready to checkout, click the checkout button and proceed to the secure checkout area.

Customer Satisfaction

At Tactical Supply, customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We stand behind the quality of our products, and we believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. All items are carefully inspected before shipping, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return an item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the merchandise purchase price. Refund will be for the purchase price, in the original form of payment. Original delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please follow these three easy steps to return your item for return or exchange.

We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery and handling charges). Please allow a minimum of 21 days for us to receive and process your return.


Why don't I see the "lock" telling me this web site is secure? Since handles the final step of our checkout process, all confidential payment information is collected using PCI compliant servers. After your order total and shipping information have been entered, you will be redirected to the secure web site for payment.

Your Privacy

At Tactical Supply, your personal information is confidential. We do not rent, sell, barter or trade your information. When you place an order with us, we collect your name, address, telephone number, credit card information and your email address. We use this information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about your order.


Orders generally ship via USPS Priority within 3 business days. Occasional shipping delays may occur. If you require shipment by a specific date, expedited shipment, or alternative shipping method, please email or call our customer service number. When checking out, please specify a physical street address. USPS Priority will not (at times) deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Fee shipping items under $15 in total will ship via USPS First Class Mail. If you require your items sooner, please selected USPS Priority shipping at checkout. Free shipping items over $15 in total generally ship via USPS Priority. 

Orders processed using a delayed payment method (such as eCheck) will be delayed until payment has cleared. Please do not select expedited shipping if your payment will be delayed for bank verification. 

International orders will be sent via USPS First Class International Mail. 

Pricing, Payment & Sales Tax

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX credit cards for online purchases. If you order through our secure online shopping cart, all orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. Washington State sales tax is applicable on all orders placed in Washington State.


We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
