MS2-LED has compact form factor, most suitable for rapid deployment units and SWAT teams during force entry where maneuverability and reduced equipment weight are most desirable. Protected by anti-scratch tempered glass lens, the light source of MS2-LED is a shockproof high power genuine Luxeon LED built into a fortified assembly with sophisticated electronic current regulation circuitry for maximal duration of peak brightness. The exterior of MS2-LED is in our anti-reflective, anti-abrasive, and anti-corrosive PentagonLight™ signature dual-tone finish in olive drab for ensuring low visibility in maintaining stealth without glaring which may give away position.
New features for 2008:
*Mil-spec exterior: anti-abrasive, anti-corrosive, and anti-reflective hard anodized exterior finish comply to Type III Military Specifications in olove drab for the toughtest environments.
*The mount is tightened and released without special tools to secure the system against rails conforming to MIL-SPEC 1913 specifications.
*The remote tail-cap has constant on button in addition to momentary activation pad.
*The heavy duty remote cord is made with a sheet of metal mesh wrapped around a teflon sheath and coated with a thick layer of rubber into a cord for heavy usage.
*The momentary pad has a low setting switch for dimming the light for naviation and staging use. High setting is always and instantly available without having to switch modes.
*Select xenon version for distance and brightness or with infrared requirement. Select LED for longer runtime, reliabilty, and service life. A dedicted IR illuminator is also available.
*Tempered glass lens for optimal light transmision but can be replaced easily if cracked or shattered from an unexpected front impact.
