Peak LED Solutions is a minority owned company, with a combined 60 plus years of experience in design, engineering, and manufacturing of aerospace / commercial mechanical components and electronic assemblies. Peak LED Solutions is well qualified to produce the exception in LED flashlights. Peak LED Solutions is responsive to customer specific needs, yet capable to produce an extensive line of quality LED flashlights to satisfy most user’s applications.
Peak LED Solutions' Application Development Division performs Custom Shop design and engineering. Mechanical manufactured components are machined on modern CNC equipment. Production assembly of the electronics and components are referenced to International Standards Organization 9001-
2000 certified compliance. Other quality and process controls include ANSI/ASQC-Q9001, IPC-A-610 class 1,2, and 3 as required, and IPC/EIA J- STD-001 C – ESD. Quality and reliability are Peak LED Light's standards in manufacturing.
Because of Peak LED's extensive aerospace background, they meticulously design and completely test all Peak LED products to ensure a reliable and quality product.
Peak LED Solutions utilizes State of the Art electronics in its designs. Therefore, a single electronic design is used in all of our Innovation series LED flashlights. Peak LED's goal was to develop a reliable base-line design, which has substantial current drive capability. In-turn, development costs
are reduced which reflect in savings to customers.
