Shipping
We will ship all available products within 24 hours of receipt of payment or notify you within 24 hours with an estimated time of arrival if the product is currently unavailable (excluding holidays and weekends).
Spyder Tactical Supply cannot ship SureFire products outside the United States unless shipping to an APO/FPO. This exclusion does not apply to any other product lines offered on TacticalSupply.com and we are happy to ship SureFire products within the United States and to APO/FPO.
Return Policy
Returns may be granted within 3 days of receipt of product and must be
authorized by Spyder Tactical Supply personnel with an RMA number.
Products returned without an RMA number will be refused. Refunds
will be issued in the same form of payment as recieved. Return shipping is the responsibility of
the consumer. Returns will incur a 15%
restocking fee unless item is returned due to damage during shipment or defect.
If order qualified for free shipping, $8.95 will be deducted from the refund; if shipping was charged on the order, that amount will not be refunded.
All products carry the full manufacturer's warranty and all claims
for product defect should be referred to the manufacturer.
Manufacturer’s Warranty and Warranty Information
All products are sold with the manufacturer’s warranty (only applicable if the manufacturer offers a warranty) and no other warranty is offered by the seller. The manufacturer’s warranty begins on the date of the original shipment to the buyer. Defective products will be handled by the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s warranty is contingent upon the proper use of the hardware and/or software in accordance with the instructions and specifications published by the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s warranty is void as to any products that have been repaired or modified by persons other than those authorized representatives of the manufacturer or which have been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident at the hands of the buyer. |
