| Minimum Age Requirements for Knife Purchases
Minimum age requirements to purchases a knife is 18 years and for automatics,
21 years. Check the laws in your state prior to making a purchase.
Payment Methods
TacticalSupply.com accepts payments through Authorize.net and Paypal. Please note
that automatic and butterfly knives are itmes prohibited through PayPal.com.
DO NOT PAY FOR THESE ITEMS WITH PAYPAL. These items will be removed from any
order paid with PayPal and payment will be refunded, less any fees imposed by PayPal.
Returns-Exchanges-Errors
All of the products on our site carry a manufacturers' warranty. TacticalSupply will
replace or return any defective product during a 10 day exchange policy. Shipping cost is
the buyer's resposibility. Defective product must be returned in their original packaging. Tacticalsupply.com
is under constant change. Occasionally, there may be erros in listings.
Errors in Product numbers or price will not be honored.

Spyder Tactical Supply can only ship Automatic knives to customers that meet one or more of the requirements below.
IN COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL STATUTES:
Read carefully all of the conditions set forth below.
Federal law prohibits shipment of automatic knives across state lines, with the following exceptions:
(1) to supply or procurement officers of the National Guard, the Air National guard, or militia of a state, territory or the District of
Columbia ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in the connection with the activities of such organization;
(2) to civilian or Armed Forces supply or procurement officers and employees of the Federal Government ordering, procuring, or
purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of the Federal Government;
(3) to supply or procurement officers or employees of the municipal government of the District of Columbia or the government of
any State or Territory, or any county, city or other political subdivision of a State or Territory;
(4) to manufacturers of such knives or bona fide dealers therein in connection with any shipment made pursuant of an
order from any person designated in paragraphs (1), (2), and (3).
Spyder Tactical Supply will sell no automatic knives to any individual outside the State of FLORIDA without the
above conditions being met. We must have proof of your status that conforms to the above conditions BEFORE we
can send such knives across FLORIDA state lines. Proof would include a request for such knives on letterhead
from your organization and picture ID showing your status with the organization. Photo copies are accepted.
Also a statement which states that the knives are being purchased pursuant to the above conditions and signed
by the purchaser must be included (see below).To do this effectively, make a photo copy of your request on
letterhead with your ID. Also photo copy the above statement and add that you agree to the above conditions
and that the knives are being sold pursuant to those conditions. After verification of these facts, your
knives will be sent.
Legal status of products: It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain, and obey,
all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and use, of any
item purchased from Spyder Tactical Supply. All equipment is sold subject to public law 90-351, title III,
U.S.D., Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances. Consult your local and state laws before
ordering if you are in doubt. Absolutely NO SALES TO MINORS. By placing an order, the buyer represents that
the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age. Spyder Tactical Supply
will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us or any of our distributors & dealers.
Also as no product is 100% effective against attack, Spyder Tactical Supply assumes no responsibility if a
product purchased from us is not effective in preventing bodily injury, dismemberment or death.
By purchasing above mentioned items you release Spyder Tactical Supply of any liability regarding your actions
concerning the use, sale, ownership and shipping of any automatic knives sold by Spyder Tactical Supply.
